I was not getting responses through Zillow / apartments.com so searching the brokers / buildings direct. Also the rents on those sites differed - they said 'yes we had one at that rent but the ones available now cost more' so I just listed the ones from the actual sites direct

Our prices change daily and vary on your move-in date and lease term. So, for aany date move in and a 12 month lease, they can start at 1,439 and go up to 2,196. However, another 2br with a 12 month lease could be 1,212. Also, we only do up to 15 month lease terms, but the longer the lease the less expensive it is.

On apartments.com rent range says Bedroom $893 – 1,687 2 Bedrooms $1,241 – 1,975 but it was higher on their website
