Andrahand.se
http://www.andrahand.se/annonser
(Means second hand) A website that offers a list of sublets available for rent, usually accompanied by pictures. In Swedish only. It's free to sign up to contact landlords, or you can pay extra to get advance notice of new apartments, which may increase your chances of finding something.
BeResidentSweden.com
https://www.beresidentsweden.com/housing-ads
Covers Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo/Lund and Uppsala. Available in English and Swedish with the aim to help people safely rent out their unused spaces, and also rent spaces.
Blocket
https://www.blocket.se/annonser/hela_sverige/bostad?cg=3000
A general classifieds site for everything. Blocket offers a wide range of different accommodation options, from entire houses to single rooms, all over Sweden. Click on 'bostad', the 'uthyres' category if you're looking to sub-let, then enter what exactly you're looking for. Blocket is in Swedish only. This is the one which most people use and has a lot of new properties posted every day. However because so many people use it, the landlords receive a huge amount of inquiries so it can be difficult to even get an answer. You can set it up so that it sends you an email every time a new property is listed that matches your critera using the 'easy rental' function.
BoPunkten.se
https://www.bopunkten.se/
(Living points) A register where you can look for accommodation to rent all over Sweden, focussing mainly on rooms in shared apartments and smaller apartments. To contact landlords, you need to sign up as a member, which costs 495 kronor for three months. In Swedish only.
Bostad Direkt
https://www.bostaddirekt.com/
(Housing Direct) This website offers housing for both private people and businesses. Available in English, though many housing descriptions are in Swedish. You can search in the website for free, but then if you want to have access to the landlords' contact information you need to subscribe for 695 SEK for 30 days. Landlords here are more responsive than on other sites, but there is no easy way to spot new listings, so it can be time consuming to use. When you pay, you create a personal profile and the landlords have access to it. Some landlords prefer to pick tenants manually instead of placing a listing, so if the profile has enough information you can be contacted by them direct.
